David Archuleta is going to win American idol, right?  But is the fix in?  The David Archuleta conspiracy theory is being floated by AOL’s entertainment and celebrity website TMZ.Com as they were amazed that the judges drooled over Arch’s performance on Tuesday night.  He wasn’t awful, he didn’t forget the words like Jason Castro, but he certainly wasn’t great.

But the judges acted like he brought down the house with his two pedestrian efforts. “Stand By Me,” by Ben E. King was his first song and was adequate but he seemed a bit lost on “Love Me Tender,” by Elvis Presley.  He has a good voice but his stage presence is lacking.  In a word, he is boring.  And TMZ wants to know why the judges are gushing over his performance.

They have video here and a poll.  The results are huge and it is all for the David Archuleta conspiracy theory.  The question is simple and they ask, “Is the fix in for David?”   Right now they have over 16,000 votes and the evidence is overwhelming.  Nearly eighty percent (80%) believe that the fix is in for David A.
